Winemaker Cristiana Tiberio has made it her mission to craft wines that a very distinct varietal and regional character with minimal intervention. A hyper-local approach and uncompromising eye for detail has led Cristiana to divide the vineyards into individual biotypes – vines from the same variety and the same clone, genetically identical, but that have adapted to tiny differences in their precise location on an epigenetic level.
