Incredibly fragrant and finessed. This is a typical Figeac with an interplay of richness and restraint. It is precisely judged, polished and linear. This is a confident wine which is happy to extol the virtues of the appellation in its style but in its own way, assured yet softly spoken. Purity and classicism abound. Very faint traces of earth and forest floor aligned to incredibly pure fruit. Sensuous. Score: 17.5
