Food pairings:La Mère Germaine

La Mère Germaine is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, also owned by Isabelle and Arnaud. They pair their wines with a local Mediterranean menu including squid tartare with fennel and rosemary, tuna and courgette spaghetti, and roast guinea fowl with a Bouchot mussel stuffing.
