The release of Tua Rita’s new vintages is an exciting time for wine lovers. Named as one of the ‘World’s best Merlot’ this year by Italian specialist Ian d’Agata, Redigaffi was placed alongside the likes of Pétrus, Trotanoy, l’Evangile, Le Pin, and Masseto. This boutique estate near Suvereto, an icon of the Super Tuscan movement, consistently produces some of the most highly-praised wines in Italy. 2019 was described “one of the most perfect vintages in the last 25 years” by winemaker Stefano Frascolla – he even prefers it to the legendary 2010s– but this release is made doubly special by the 25th anniversary of the legendary Redigaffi.
